Missed period intermittent cramps.

Hi doctor I am on day 27 since my last period. Married and sexually active but no sexual activity since the past 17 days. - Popped and iPill on 30Nov/1Dec after unprotected sex during each of the past 3 days - Experienced brown runny discharge on 9 Dec in the evening and thereafter every time I peed, until 11 Dec morning. No discharge since then - Normal cycle is 25-27 days and I have not yet got my period - Been experiencing intermittent extremely mild cramps since 2-3 days - Developed indigestion 3 days back, took some tablets and now I am okay - Had white vaginal discharge yesterday that smelt like egg yolk, once during evening Not sure if this is pregnancy since I have not indulged in sexual intercourse since 2 Dec. However delayed period and brown discharge has been causing stress. Could you please advice?
