Missed period
I have missed my period last month. My LMP was on 19th Jan and pregnancy test was also negative. Kindly let me know what can I do. Previously long back this happened and my gynec suggested me to take Duphaston to get back my period. Can I repeat the same now?

You can take medicine for withdrawal bleeding. If overweight then try to reduce weight. Do daily exercise and yoga. Take healthy food. Go for test like CBC Thyroid profile, S Prolactin and pelvic USG.
