I got my last period on 9 nov , and missed my period in dec .. so I went for a blood test on 25 dec and it showed beta hcg 184.80 mIU/mL .... is it a healthy pregnancy?

You need to repeat BetaHCG after 48 hrs to see,the doubling value which indicates healthy pregnancy.
You can get ultrasound scan done now.
