Missed period
Hi u have missed period got result as positive in pregnancy test..but I have observed that so some red dark bleeding.. so please let me know y this is happening..

This may be a decidual reaction sometimes seen very early in pregnancy. This will become normal with advancement in pregnancy.
Next Steps
Start antenatal follow up visits under a gynaecologist/ obstetrician. This thing will improve with Folic acid supplementation.
