Missed my periods

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I had PCOD which was cured but I missed my periods again this month .And some whitesh liquid is liberated when nipples are squeezed. Do I need to consult a doc.how exactly should I explain to them ?? What is this exactly I am confused and need to understand this ?
