Hello, Is your friend sexually active? If yes then do a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy. If the result is positive then consult a gynecologist for further evaluation and management. Hi, if you r sexually active do one urine pregnancy test, if negative, watch another 7 days then do urine test again.if negative or positive meet gynaecologist.as due to certain hormone imbalance it happens.

Hello....... First probable suspect is pregnancy... If you not had sexual intercourse, other causes should be looked into.. Other factors affecting cycle are sickness, physical and mental stress, young age, sudden change in weight,TBetc... You better consult gynaecologist once.
