I had cervical spine surgery, its been a month now, i was given a neck collar to wear whenever i am sitting or walking, its been a month and how much long do i have to wear the collar

Please tell details of the surgery done. Also, consult the doctor who did the surgery about the same as he can guide you better. But in such conditions, the cervical collar needs to be used for a long duration
