Milk teeth is underlying in gums
I am attaching xray of teeth kindly help me . My gums are swelling and having pain in one of the teeth with which rct has been done. 6 yrs back i have an surgery in my front teeth . I have an underlying milk teeth in the gums .its paining.tmj problem is also there plz help me

If the root canal treated teeth is the one which is painful then depending in the existing reinfection either reroot canal treatment has to be performed to reduce the pain.
Regarding surgery for front teeth was it a root apex surgery...kindly confirm

Please post x ray of the tooth.
If its milk tooth you need to get rid of it. Visit your nearest dentist.
