Milk teeth falling
Dear doctor,My son age is 7 years 4 months ,His milk teeths are not falling ,not even one ,Is this normal ya should i take him to dentist ?? pls tell me ..Thank you

hello , There is nothing to worry. please visit your nearby dentist , he will guide you with radiographic examination of the tooth or complete teeth to assess radiographic growth of succedaneous teeth and its positions . after that you can consider removal of wichever the corresponding teeth according to his age if needed , to ease the eruption of succedaneous teeth.

milk tooth will start shedding at the age of 6 (especially the lower front tooth sheds first)but for some reasons it may delay . Your son is only 7 years and 4 months old . That’s normal. But for better clarification you can consult a near by dentist. Doctor will check for pre-shedding mobility and may advise you to take an xray if needed
