Common complaint which is normal. Allow baby to take feed frequently. Good sleep, less stress and consuming plenty of fluids helps in milk secretion. Pumping milk will not increase milk secretion.

Hello, It is common to experience less milk production in the right breast since mothers feed from left breast more often. Pumping and milk expression won't make a difference. It's the ability of the baby to suck milk that may improve milk supply.

Ya,its common to have less milk secretion from rt. Side than left side, as people feed  baby more from left side. Pumping and expression does not improve milk secretion.its the sucking effect of babies which improve milk secretion.and take diet rich in calcium like milk and milk products.
