Milk for 7 month old baby
I want to give mother dairy milk to my 7 month old baby. He is breastfeeding till now. Is it okay or shall I start formula milk?

Twill two year brain development occurs so brain need all essential nutrients and minerals and so on .. which is lacking in dairy products .. so my suggestion is to start on formula feed not dairy products

If your baby 7 months old so it is advised to start Cow's milk after 1 year of age before that you can give formula milk

According to me stop milk from 8amto8pm and give semisolid diet like Dal,dalia,khicdi alu kela rice,apple,upama,halwa,patolia,rab,kadi idle poha satu custard etc and from 80pmto8am give mother milk is preferable. To start with stop milk for 4hrs for 15days and give semisolid diet next 15days stop milk for 8hrs and give semisolid diet lastly stop milk from 8amto8pm and give semisolid diet. For your knowledge 100ml milk gives 70calories of energy 100ml juices give 55calories of energy and 100gm of semisolid diet gives 350calories of energy . So start semisolid diet in day mothers milk in night
