Milk causing trouble

I have lost a lot of weight but it's stable not. Had many tests done such as Colonoscopy , endoscopy, tTG, CBC,b12,d3, diabetes,etc but all came normal. Some foods are causing me fas and bloating such as milk, besan, dry fruits, soy. Can you tell me how can I increase my appetite and improve my digestion? Also tell how can I gain weight in leaky gut. Kindly don't copy paste any previous answer telling to eat at proper intervals, avoid hight FODMAP food, etc. Please be specific by answering both the questions. Thanks in advance.

Hello there..... Take care with dairy products. If you're lactose intolerant, try substituting yogurt for milk. Or use an enzyme product to help break down lactose. Avoid problem foods. If certain foods make your signs and symptoms worse, don't eat them.... Eat at regular times. Don't skip meals, and try to eat about the same time each day to help regulate bowel function...
