Milk causing trouble
I have lost a lot of weight but it's stable not. Had many tests done such as Colonoscopy , endoscopy, tTG, CBC,b12,d3, diabetes,etc but all came normal. Some foods are causing me fas and bloating such as milk, besan, dry fruits, soy. Can you tell me how can I increase my appetite and improve my digestion? Also tell how can I gain weight in leaky gut. Kindly don't copy paste any previous answer telling to eat at proper intervals, avoid hight FODMAP food, etc. Please be specific by answering both the questions. Thanks in advance.
