Mild recurring pain in Left Chest
She has been having repeated mild pain in her left chest. She also feels contraction or kind of squeezing in her upper left arm. She also feels a kind of flow in her chest when that happens. She has been experiencing this for last 3-4 days on an ON/OFF basis. Her BP generally remains around 100/65, and her haemoglobin is also low. Can you please give us some advise.

Any chest pain with radiation to the left jaw, neck, shoulder or arm needs to be taken seriously. It might be some cardiac issue that needs to be addressed immediately.
Next Steps
You need to go to the nearest medical facility or hospital to get her evaluated. ECGs, chest X Ray and probably other cardiac enzymes marker will get tested to rule out any active Cardiac cause.
