Mild pain near heart.
Hello doctor.
I have mild pain in my chest near my heart. I am not confirm if it's heart or not.
When i breath in, i feel mild pain.
When i sleep from my left side, i feel mild pain.
Do i need to worry?
I also have gas issues.

The way you are describing your pain doesn’t suggest heart related pain. But to be on safer side please do ecg and show to nearby doctor
