Please visit your dentist. If the cavity is not very deep a filling would be sufficient. If its deep, RCT will be required followed by a crown. And for the bad breath, get a complete scaling and polishing done. You ll also be instructed on how to maintain your oral hygiene and brushing techniques.

hello, you need to visit the dentist and get it checked.get an x-ray done. if there is a cavity, you need to get it filled. if there is infection to root of tooth , you need to get it treated.and then place crown over it. bad breath could be due to deposits on your teeth or food lodged in your gums. get your scaling and polishing done. brush twice daily. rinse after every meal. floss regularly. visit dentist every 6 months.

Better to get your teeth filled, otherwise cavity with reach the nerve. That will give you pain and treatment cost and duration will increase. Simple filling will restore your teeth at this stage.

Well.. you seem to know what the problem is. All you have to do next is to visit a dentist to get the appropriate treatment done. Simple fillings maybe enough to treat small shallow cavities.
Next Steps
visit a dentist for the necessary treatment
Health Tips
delaying treatment only makes things worse. cavities keep increasing in size and beyond a point you may have to get more painful and more expensive treatments done to treat it.
