Mild or fluffy feets
I am just noticing from the past 2 -3 days that my feets are looking fluffy to me(mild) though m a overthinker it's making me crazy by a thoughts like " thyroid, lumps or any thing serious . It's not paining I am not having any other symptoms too! I am fat I do nothing allday bcoz m on break from work I do yoga too!can u tell me how to know if ur feets r swollen?

OBESITY might be the cause,,, regulate your salt intake.. It should be less... Put a pillow below legs while sleeping, check your Blood pressure..

Veins have become filled with blood causing venous stasis. Regular walking for 30 minutes is necessary alongwith Homoeopathic medicine:-- HAMAMELIS 30 4 pills x 3 times daily x 30 days Chew medicines. Take medicine regularly.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Since you said that you are fat and you do nothing all day, a good thing would be to start working towards losing weight.  Follow a strict diet and exercise daily.
