Mild fever 100F with body pain
I have mild fever around 100 degree Fahrenheit with little body pain specially my both legs from last 1 day.. Didn't take any medicine.. I am scared of corona . But I stay in home and don't go out...I used to go to buy groceries with mask when ever required but not so frequently also... Also can it be dengue? Or normal cold flu... What to do ? Which medicine to take..

Please do temperature charting thrice a day. Take one tablet of paracetamol 650mg whenever temperature is more than 100°F Watch out for symptoms like sore throat, breathing difficulties, cough, diarrhoea ,loss of smell and taste If any of these symptoms arrive or fever persists, please get COVID - RTPCR testing. Start home isolation, practice hand hygiene. Consume fresh fruits and vegetables, drink 2-3 lit of water a day. Can take Vitamin C and zinc to boost immunity.
