Mild Disc Bulges
I started with severe lower back pain which radiated to my right leg since Feb this year. I got an MRI done and it showed minor disc bulges at L3L4 and L5S1 and mild desiccation without overt nerve impingement. I've been put on Pregabalin 150 and am doing physiotherapy from a month. My condition has improved but it gets bad again on prolonged sitting or standing. I'd like to know how long would it take for me to heal completely and if the pain would reoccur again in the future?

if symptoms had improved with medicine u can continue conservative management. Need to take postural precautions and if you r obese consider for reducing weight. Do you have diabetes also. Which pain is more back pain or radicular pain.
