Mild dilation of renal pelvis of fetal .

My wife is pregnant. And Dr told me that obstructive. I have done sonography on 20 th week of pregnancy. That time report shows that mild dilation of renal pelvis on left kidney dia 5. 4mm for fetal. So fetal kidney may be dammage? Or create problems for future? What I have to do. Dr told me after birth of child than u do sonography.
