Mild acne and scars on face
I am male 30 year old and having mild pimples on face and due to them some black spots are also there.
As pimple are not in bundle sometimes it's one or two and after that they leave spot over there.
And also when I press my nose then white puss also comes out from the pores in small amount.
And also the skin is so sensitive that if I use any cream or other thing in winters then overnight a new pimple will come.And if not use any cream then cheeks remains dry and breaks out.

Acne at this age can be related to being over weight. Please start regular exercise. You have said about white material coming out from pores. This means you have very oily skin ie seborrhoea. Chemical peels can help you. In addition regular tablets and creams may be required keeping in mind your sensitive skin. Please visit me or a nearby dermatologist.
