Dear Practo user, Any hypothyroid patient has increased sensitivity towards pain due to harmonal changes. As you have mentioned migraine with jaw pain,if your medication didn't give you relief, then I'd suggest consult a pain specialist for proper diagnosis since it could be cervicogenic headache or atypical facial pain. These conditions can certainly be treated but getting to source/diagnosis will be first.
