Mid back pain
My job profile demands for sitting for 8 to 9 hours. Although I take short breaks but still I feel mid back pain at the end of the day. It doesnt pain when I take off from office. Plz suggest some exercises to prevent and avoid back pain.

Hello, Your muscles are not very strong to take sustain pressure. Frequent break will help you, but for a short period of time. Try to improve in your posture while sitting and undergo supervised exercise training for your core and back muscles. If your muscles are strong, this issue will not reoccur.
