Met with an accident, fracture in leg. Please help me and let us know whether it can be fix with plaster. Please suggest, will be very thankful to you.

Yes, it can be managed with plaster. Needs regular observation with X-rays to look for fracture displacement.

You have fracture of  both bones of leg. Fortunately there is absolutely no displacement of the fractured fragments. Above knee plaster cast for 10-12 wk. should cause union of fractures. You don't need surgery.

Continue plaster. First week above knee POP slab then a cast. Avoid putting weight on that leg.
