Mesentric lymphedenopathy
I am a 16 year Old male Teenager and having problem of incomplete bowel movement for some time now and back in january i had an ultrasound which showed mesentric lymph nodes,So physician ordered hemogram which came back normal and ESR came back normal lymphocyte count was also normal.So he ruled out T.B and also that it is not lymphoma and told me not to worry.I do not have fever,abdomin pain,bloating,fatigue,night sweat.Only thing is that my bowel does not empty fully and BM stops midway.So what is it???
