Meridian massage is based on TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine). Not many practice it, but if anyone is doing, it is great.
I am sorry, do not know anyone doing it at Delhi.
It is basically meant to balance the energies in the meridians. Imbalances in the energy flow of the meridians is disease and balance is health is the belief.

Chinese meridian massage, also called 'Tui Na' is an important and popular therapy of TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine). Meridians are the paths where the life energy (known as Qi) flows through. Each meridian point corresponds to a hollow or solid organ.
Tui Na describes various hand forms like pressing, pushing, pinching, rolling, tapping, grasping, etc. It is used to stimulate related points, regulate flow of Qi, balance metabolism of internal organs improve blood circulation. It is useful to maintain good health and vitality and also used for therapeutic purposes.
