Sir....I m suffering from mentaly depression.when I go sleep then whole night suffering from dream.and in day also suffering from this problem.i feel that my mind is not relax.and my counsiousness is decreases.i am not able to study in proper way for this problem bcoz whole day I HV headache.i m loss of my thinking ability so plz give me suggestion for this problem......

What are u studying  now my dear lady?!!! Is that the reason  for the anxiety , b which in turn causes you sleepless nights and the continuation of I'll feeling on the next day morning. I feel that you need to consult a Psychologist in ur city or Online to come out of this issue.

Hi there I understand your concern and anxiety...fallow relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation,avoid alcohol, smoking, coffee, tea...have good sleep and develop healthy food habits..Too many mental notes make for a cluttered mind. All of that unfinished business can sap your mental energy. Put whatever's on your mind on paper or capture it digitally. Think of it as off-site storage. Train your brain. Any skill worth having requires practice. Learning to focus is no different. Invest time in mastering attention training or meditation. Hello, i can understand you seem stressed-and that's causing more stress in the form of sleep problems, headaches and loss of concentration. Its great that youre seeking help-that's half the battle won. I would suggest you visit a counsellor who will help you with your problem. Until then you can: 1. Make a sleep schedule and follow 2. Make a study schedule and follow 3. Try practicing yoga 4. Consult a physician for your headache 5. Exercise at least 30 mins per day so you get better sleep Best of luck! :)
