Mental stress
Iam 33yr old women.i was working with one firm.my boss was very good but my Co workers were not that good .Lots of politics so I left from there .Then I got into a good organization where everything is good but manager is very rude and stress and long hours working and little far from my home So I planned to quit , absconded saying some.medical emergency Now iam feeling very guilt.and too much iam.thinking whether my decision is hasty decision or what .Can I join.my old organization back?

It appears that you took a hasty decision in the first instance. No job, or relationship will ever be perfect for anyone. You should learn to adjust. Instead of trying to change others, you should try to bring about the change in youself. Let people be whatever they are. You be nice to them, and see the difference. You must learn the art of meditation and pranayama. Make it part of your lifestyle... I'm sure you will see a whole lot of difference in your life. Yes I think it would be a good idea if you go back to your old organization. But if you are not able to manage the stress, a visit to a psychiatrist will be very helpful. All the very best.
