Thanks for the query .Memory problems ,occur due to preoccupation s ,lack of concentration or even lack of sense of priority. ADHD ,has got the symptom triad of hyperactivity and impulsivity along with lack of attention. Hence ,think over if you are preoccupied, try recalling things often ,as per the priority.If it doesn't ,meet up a psychiatrist and follow up the therapeutic advice
