Hi , I get tensed very soon and keep on thinking abt same thing again and again. Generally takes thkngs very negatively even in case of small problems and keep on worrying abt it. What should I do apart from meditation

It's important for you to prioritize your issues. Not all the things are equally important at the same time. Maintain a proper routine with some exercise daily and focus on your goals on a daily basis. This should help you in being focused. If it doesn't work then you may want to consider a session or two with someone so that he/she can guide you in a more detailed way.
