Hello, post partum or the period just after the delivery of a child is considered to be a high risk period for mental illness. Kindly seek an appropriate consultation with a psychiatrist near you for detailed assessment and further management. As per the symptoms mentioned by you it could be a post partum psychosis or depression. Take treatment early to help her regain her mental health and which will help in mother child bonding which is of utmost importance. Hope this helps you..
