Hi my periods are quite painful. Is it safe to take medicines during periods as I m also trying to conceive? Will taking medicines like meftalspa and tame d have any side effect?

Periods should not be more painful.
Massage with hot sesame oil to whole abdomen in circular manner for 10 min & give hot fomentation afterwards. Do this before 5 days before next period & continue till period last.
U can consult ayurvedic doctor for further treatment for better conceiving.
