Mensuration delay problem
In each month my mensuration day delays and during periods lower back is also pains very muchz.I consulted with a homeopathy doctor he gave me medicine and advice me to take if menauration not occuring on the date i have to take a liquid medicine with water and other a small dose of tablet in every 4 hours.. I usually get the medicine if periods is on date not occuring and i got positive result from the medicine but i need some permanent solution for this problem it is not possible in each month i take the medicine for mensuratin

Madam your condition may be that of Dysfunctional bleeding. You need thorough treatment with your history and other essential symptoms.
Next Steps
Since this is a recurrent problem now it is better go for a USG of lower abdomen. I also believe that homeopaths prescribing too many medicines do you more harm than other similarly placed practitioners.

What you are experiencing is mere palliation which means temporary relief from your problem and it's not how Homoeopathy works. Menstrual problem in females is very common and 90% because of hormonal imbalance in the body and occasionally because of other reasons.

Go for a proper homoeopathic treatment which would actually treat you on the whole and not the set of symptoms that you are experiencing.
