  4. Menstruation pain. Cure for it?

Menstruation pain
I have a terrible pain during my periods days. I need to take pain killer for getting rid of it. But due to pain killers i get dizzy feeling and pukish feeling. I dont feel like having food during that time. Can i get a permanent cure for it?
