Hello, I am a female, 27 year old. I got my period on 27-28 of December, 2024. I had unprotected sex on 1st of jan, and had the unwanted 72 on the same day after 1 hour. I started suddenly bleeding on 6th Jan, followed by excessive lower abdominal cramps. I am still bleeding. Why is it happening? Can I take any medicine to stop it?

You had your last period on 27-28 December. You had sex on 1 January. That was the safe zone. There was no need to take Unwanted 72. But since you have taken it you are having the withdrawal bleeding which comes about a week later.
Now you wait for a few days. The bleeding will stop spontaneously. No further medicine needed.
