Menstrual cycle
From past 1 year I have very heavy blood flow during my periods. Also periods does not stop within 7 days. I need to take medicines to stop bleeding. I tried alopathy, homeopathy and ayurvedic treatment. But no results.

There are several causes for heavy bleeding. Only taking medicine to stop bleeding is not solution .first the cause be detected for menorrhagia. Common causes are hormonal imbalance(hormonr which regulate menses), pcos , any tumor or growth in uterus or ovary.past history of using any hormonal pills or iucd insertion or injection may also affect ur cycle.
So first go for ultrasound be done by good ultrasonologist, get ur hormone esp TSH, PRL, FSH LH ratio be done

Excessive bleeding at normal interval of periods, is termed as menorrhagia in general. given that history that you require medicine to control flow. It is necessary to evaluate the probable cause of heavy flow .

Hello....... One must know the cause for bleeding. The main cause of dysfunctional uterine bleeding is an imbalance in the sex hormones.Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS),endometriosis, uterine poly or fibroid can cause bleeding.... So doctor order certain investigations you know the cause ...consult gynaecologist.....
