Although I have stopped Fluticort 15 days before. Not sure if I seek medical help or wait. Please suggest what to do to regualarise my periods.

Probably it's bcoz of long use of steroid.. its like side effect but went through UPT ..
If its negative then no worries it will get regularized in few days . Just as home remedy have one grated coconut with jaggery at bed time .. jaggery should be half in quantity that of coconut . Skip dinner on that day .. after having that wait for 2-3days ...

- Exercise regularly
- Destress yourself with practices such as yoga/meditation
