Age of menopause depends on your family history, like age of menopause for your mother and sister if any. Generally, menopause can be anywhere between 48-51 years. You can have change in your periods at this time, but if your cycles are regular and not bleeding heavily, it is still alright. Make sure, you're not putting on too much weight and have regular PAP smears every year.
