I had a meniscus surgery in July 2015 but still I can't run. Moreover can't walk normally. My right thigh is thin and the muscles are weak.. Please advice

U must go for muscular strengthening and focus on strengthening hamstring / quadriceps / tibialis anterior / tibialis posterior / IT band / piriformis / vmo / glutes / and calf muscle too..u will be fine in a month or so but dnt stop exs after that...exs is a must for u...get well soon

Visit a physiotherapist to have more enlightenment on this strengthening part.. and ask about the protocol of this
