Meningtis worry
Had strep, finished antibiotics (amoxicillin) Also have abscess tooth. Went to doc yesterday. Said have fluid on ears and red throat. Have a stiff neck and back hurts a little. No fever, no rash, no headache. Taking cefdinir. Should I go back and get spinal tap. Terrified.

The hallmark of Meningitis is fever and headache. If there is no fever or Headache, there is no need for spinal tap as of now. You can take symptomatic treatment for neck and back pain. Wait and see. If your symptoms settle then don't worry.
