Meibomian carcinoma -eye lid

Asked for Female, 70 Years

For my grandmother After biopsy for upper eye lid lump result shown as "Meibomian carcinoma" .after two months than again lump is formed in same place. Please suggest What we should do now.

Hello. Meibomian Carcinoma is a rare tumor. Radical surgical excision is the choice of treatment with good results in early cases. Pls consult your ophthalmologist or a surgical oncologist for the same. Reconstruction may also be needed depending on the extent of excision.
