Kindly suggest me a medicine for worms for my 4.5 yrs old son. He is having pain in legs, bitting a lot, eating chalks

I am not sure how you diagnosed this to be worm infestation. Self diagnosis and self medication could be injurious. To me, it appears to be Pica. He will be needing some blood investigations after a thorough clinical examination. I would advise you to consult a paediatrician.
