If her age is less and periods are normal then no need to investigate immediately... Have contact alternate day from day 9-day 20 of her period for 3 months ... Folic acid 5mg daily for 3 months.. If not get pregnancy then go to fertility expert

Pls visit your doctor.she will take an elaborate history,then do ultra sound of uterus ,thyroid prolactin,sugar , haemoglobin
