Medical Care aftr stitch removal on face
I got 4 stitches on my forehead because of an accident on 09.01.2024. Stitches got removed after 14 days on 22.01.2024. Now what ointment and medicines I should take for it to get completely recovered.

If ur asking about scar? U can try hekilak ointment.. but the issue is not the ointment per se but regular massaging of the scar... Keep this in mind to doit every day... 5 times a day.. atleast 2 to 3 times each time.. apply the ointment (even coconut oil is enough) and massage for 2 to 3 minutes.... Tat will help the scar to heal well... It's ideal to remove forehead sutures in 5 to 7 days... I dono why it was delayed to 14 days!! Consult online with me if u have any doubts

if the switches are completely healed no need of any local application of antibiotic cream If the switches are not healed properly better to apply antibiotic cream like t bact ointment or mupirocin ointment
