May be psychological
I having problem that , there is a thinking process running continuously in my mind, i m going in a emotional state day by day ...means i m going to become a emotional person. I do not feel that i m happy . I m frustrated most of the times. I m full of negative thoughts. Most people said that i will always take the other meaning of the talk and understand what i want to understand.

What you are facing is something most of face at different times in our lives. If it is after a recent stressful event, then it may not require any treatment as such. If you have been experiencing it for a longer time then I suggest that you meet with a psychologist/ clinical counselor who after speaking with you can suggest what is best for you.
