My brother has been masturbating since the age of 15 . he masturbates once in a day daily now due to this he feels weakness and also back pain . he lost his confidence and never find interest in anything . he neglects all the other things in life like his career, friends and family . I think he is in depression due to this .

Your brother needs a proper guidance of a sexologist about all the sexual practices. Regarding myths related to masturbation. It is a healthy thing. But guilt should not be there after masturbation.
