Asked for Female, 25 Years

I'm currently residing in the Caribbean. I've been bitten my a lot of mosquitoes which caused my skin (my legs) to itch severely. Having itched me skin there are now infinite marks and scars left on my legs. Can you please recommend a product/remedy?
