Multiple lipomatosis is a well known condition. Some lipomas will increase in size. Normally one should accept them..there is no medication available to reduce them in size or remove them. But if any lipoma or fat deposit is pressing on the nerve..it may become painful. In such situation only that lipoma can be removed surgically. Dear patient you can take some painkiller for temporary relief now..but please visit a surgeon.. get your self tested as to why you have pain..then if needed only then get operated.
