I have very less facial hair,they are very light and match my skin colour, No growth ,I am 18 now ,I am facing embarrassed that I have no beard yet,And also I have enlarged breasts ,Man boobs, Suggest me something, I am not able to share it to my parents,I am sick of my friends teasing of having man boobs & no beard

Gynecomastia is swelling of the breast tissue in boys or men, caused by an imbalance of the hormones estrogen and testosterone.
Most cases of gynecomastia regress over time without treatment. However, if gynecomastia is caused by an underlying condition, such as hypogonadism, malnutrition or cirrhosis, that condition may need treatment.
