Male Genitals didn't grow
My penis size didn't grow. It's not a micro penis but a penis similar to a 10 year's old.It is 4.5 inch when erect and also very thin. What can be the reason? Is there any natural cure for it? Please be specific.

The typical erect penis is usually 5 to 6 inches long with a circumference of 4 to 5 inches. There's more variation in the size of flaccid penises. Some guys are genuinely smaller than that.
