I am 23yrs old male have just taken a full body checkup and my Thyroid Stimulating Hormone is 6.31. Should i need to take any medication as the Reference interval is 0.35-5.50.

At present No need for supplement just keep a check on your diet avoid cabbage broccoli and cauliflower and spinach and soy protein
Take iodine rich diet
